Anastrepha manihoti is known from Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, and Brazil (Amazonas, Rondonia, Rio Grande do Norte, Pernambuco, Bahia, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, São Paulo).
